Natalie Payne

Natalie was born in Sydney, Australia and began dancing at the age of 7. She started full-time ballet training at the age of 15 at the Conlan College of Classical Ballet and moved to Houston, Texas at 16 after being offered a place to train at the Houston Ballet Academy. After graduating the Academy, Natalie was offered a contract with the Nancy Einhorn Milwaukee Ballet II program (MBII) in Milwuakee, Wisconsin. During her time with MBII Natalie performed with the Milwaukee Ballet Company in Michael Pink's 'The Nutcracker' and 'Mirror Mirror', August Bournonville's 'La Sylphide', Septime Webre's 'Alice in Wonderland' and Kathyrn Posin's 'Scheherezade'. Natalie participated in Milwaukee Ballet Education and Outreach performances and workshops, was a member of the 'Tour De Force' program and assisted in social media and marketing projects including hosting the Facebook live stream for 'World Ballet Day 2016'. After two years in Milwaukee, Natalie moved to England to join Ballet Theatre UK as an company dancer. She toured the U.K. performing Clara in 'The Nutcracker', Helena in 'A Midsummer Nights Dream' and The Fiancee in 'The Little Mermaid'.

Natalie moved to London in October 2018 where she met Pietra and Ella from Sisters Grimm, and began work as event production assistant, and rehearsal assistant to Mark Baldwin OBE for the Sisters Grimm 10 Year Anniversary event in November 2018. In February 2019 Natalie travelled to Singapore to rehearse the TimeOut Singapore 'First look' INALA event. She is very excited to be taking on the new role of rehearsal director for INALA's relaunch.
